Ulster Bank refuses to reveal whether boss Jim Brown will give up bonus
Ulster Bank is refusing to reveal whether or not its boss Jim Brown will give up his bonus after the serious technical problem at the bank.
Up to 150,000 customers in Ireland have been affected by the glitch which happened 12 days ago.
The bank is still working to clear the backlog in processing payments.
Stephen Hester, the head of RBS, which is Ulster Bank’s parent company, has already said he’s giving up his bonus, saying it would be inappropriate after letting customers down.
